Phillip Seymour Hoffman Killed By New Strain of Heroin?

TMZ is reporting that the heroin that appears to have killed actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman yesterday may have been a strain laced with fentanyl, which is being blamed for 46 deaths on the East Coast during the month of January.
